I Choose…

                            Faith over fear and Faith over doubt;

I choose
Joy over sorrow and Truth over lies.

I choose…

Strength over weakness and Life over death.
I choose…

                           Victory over defeat

                                                     And Resurrection Power

                                                                                                 Over the grave.

And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.”
                                                                                                                                                2 Corinthians 12:9

What do you notice when…

…you open your blinds, or curtains, or doors
and morning greets your sleepy eyes?

Is there any trace of night in the dawning,
any trace of dark in the sunlight?
Any trace of death,
                                  or loss,
                                                or mourning
in the morning?

What do you see when you look up,
                                                               and out,
                                                                              above or beyond?

Does this not prove My faithfulness, that I can be trusted?

that day somehow always follows night, and spring the winter?

Be assured of this…

Warm always follows cold
                                              as life does death.

“He who calls you is faithful who also will do it.”

1 Thessalonians 5:24

I know that is something that if you’re like me and have grown up in the church, you have heard all of your life. If this is the first time you have heard this, REJOICE because Jesus saves and is ready to take your burdens and give you His abundant love and relentless grace. For those of us that have been humbled by the grace of Jesus and have Him in our hearts, this is where I take the beautiful truth that I started this post with and apply it to us.

Jesus died on the cross and is alive today, friends. He bore our sins on the cross so that we would be able to receive ultimate love, grace…
